Nana Baidoo’s passion for mining and real estate development began at a young age, inspired by his father’s involvement in the industries. He has worked in various units in the mining industry, honing his skills and expertise before venturing out on his own.
Successfully developed and managed several mining projects, resulting in significant revenue growth and job creation. Nana Baidoo has developed and built numerous residential and commercial properties, transforming communities and enhancing livelihoods.

Accountant
Mr. Paditey is the Accountant of Warnabaid Limited Company.He holds MSc. Accounting and Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and BSc Accounting with Computing from Garden City University College
Paditey is a good standing member of Institute of Internal Auditor (IIA), locally and globally and currently pursuing the professional program aiming at becoming a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
Paditey is an expertise in Computerized Accounting and has substantial experience in business operations and management using various accounting related software coupled with accounting related role with Judicial Service, Ghana with a rank as a High Court Registrar.
Paditey also plays a part time role as Account Officer and Head of Administration of AGG Ghana Ltd, a Mining Support Service Provider in the Amansie West District and co-founding Director of VEPS 4 Limited Company and a promoting partner of Nkabom Co-operative Credit Union
