Mr. Vincent Adu Tettey joined Warnabaid Limited Company as a Human Resource Manager and coupled role as the Head of Operations. As an enthusiastic man and for the drive of expanding portfolio, Mr Adu coupled his role as a promoting partner of Nkabom Co-operative Credit Union and administratively, playing the role as head of Human Resources.Tettey holds Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Governance both from the Methodist University College, Accra and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from same University.Tettey also plays a visiting role as Head of Operation of AGG Ghana Ltd, a Mining Support Service Provider in the Amansie West District and couple responsibility as a Chief Bailiff of Judicial Service, Ghana and co-founding Director of VEPS 4 Limited Company. As part of Tettey’s enthusiasm for work, he was a Director and key staffer of Divincik Company Ltd as well as Renaissance Company Ltd, a mining and mining support services company.Tettey is married with two children.

Mr. Clement Asante, popularly known as ‘Mourino,’ is a highly experienced mining professional with over 15 years of industry expertise. As the Chief Foreman of Warnabaid Limited Company, he plays a pivotal role in coordinating all mining-related activities, ensuring seamless operations and optimal productivity.
Mr. Asante coordinates and oversees all mining activities, including excavation, hauling, and processing. He leads and supervises a team of over 50 workers in the mining sector, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance.He further ensures adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment and also overseeing the maintenance and repair of mining equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operations.
With over 15 years of mining experience, Mr. Asante has developed a comprehensive understanding of mining operations, safety protocols, and team management. His expertise has been honed through his work in various mining roles.
Mr. Thomas Azure
Transport Officer, Warnabaid Limited Company
Mr. Thomas Azure is a transport professional with over 15 years of driving experience. As the Transport Officer of Warnabaid Limited Company, he is responsible for the management of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring seamless and efficient transportation operations.
Mr. Azure oversees the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of all company vehicles. He advises on the purchase of new vehicles, ensuring they meet the company’s operational requirements. He further spearheads the auctioning and disposal of weaker vehicles, ensuring maximum returns for the company.
